A: Each item is made-to-order through our trusted production partner.  This helps us reduce overproduction and waste — your piece is created just for you once you place your order.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, then shipped.
Shipping times vary by destination:

  • U.S. orders: usually 5–10 business days total

  • International orders: typically 10–20 business days
    You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order ships.

Q: Why is everything made-to-order instead of pre-stocked?
A: We believe in intentional creation. Producing on demand means no wasted inventory, and every item is made just for you — more sustainable and mindful.

Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Many items include free U.S. shipping — if not, you’ll see shipping costs clearly listed at checkout.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can check delivery status anytime.

Q: My order says “delivered,” but I haven’t received it — what should I do?
A: Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a few days early. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first. If it doesn’t show up within a few days, contact us — we’ll help you track it down or arrange a replacement if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because each piece is made-to-order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for misprints, defects, or damage. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we’ll make it right.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: We can’t offer size exchanges since we don’t hold stock, so please check the sizing guide carefully before ordering. Feel free to message us if you’re unsure which fit is best.
